The report entails a deytailed investigation and review of all evidence available and draws a conclusion based on the information available to the expert witness.
If required, the expert witness will perform his own tests in order to simulate specific conditions or to reproduce a fault or event. The tests may be arried out by the expert witness or by a third party under the supervision of the expert witness.
The evidence is collected togther into a report and conclusions provided.
